My son came in on Christmas Eve after a piano bench had fallen on his big toe. After looking at his toe the doctor said that he needed to be seen at Children’s hospital and told my husband that they wouldn’t charge him the $120 because, well, they literally did absolutely nothing. Now they are still charging us the $120 and arguing with us telling us they “have” to charge us. This place is disgusting and the woman at the front desk was so rude.
I got swabbed for a COVID test on Tuesday. It’s now Sunday and have gotten no results back! They said I would have results in 48-72 hours upon getting it done. I’ve even called several times and it went to voicemail every time. Left voicemails, no call back. I even let them know that I’m a teacher and can’t go back to work until my results come in. This has been done with no urgency whatsoever.

Y'all need to do better being courteous to the customers....Especially the person who does the weight check. Maybe even try to look a little more presentable instead of looking like you just rolled out of bed. I have 5 kids... The last thing a parent wants to hear is "5 kids?! We don't even have that many tests!" No worries. I will be taking my business down the road to Med Express.
Wallked in without an appointment and they saw me within 15mins. The APN was amazing, she took time to assess my health needs and provided me with care I needed. They were a great clinic and will definitely go back.
The Doctor told my mom she had the Flu and gave her some meds that never worked . 2weeks later she was so sick she made an appointment with her Doctor who later told her it wasn't the flu ,it's Bronchitis and upper respiratory.

Nice, clean clinic. I traveled from Arkadelphia to there today for my son who had flu-like symptoms. Ravyn at the front was so friendly and professional, and APN McCombs was quick and efficient. We will definitely go back the next time we need urgent care.
great service, and most importantly took time to educate me on my health care choices. I shared decision on flu meds with friends. they didn't know there was a choice!!!
