if i could leave 0 stars I WOULD. on my lunch break i showed up around 11:20 for a rash that was spreading to different parts of my body. by 1:20 i left after STILL not being seen. i returned to work very upset and still with the rash!!! no sense of urgency WHATSOEVER. if you are needing to be seen in a timely manner , DO NOT GO HERE.
Beware if you have college kids going in here. Our daughter, who attends school in Lexington, had to go in on a Sunday for a strepthroat confirmation and to get a prescription called in. We live out of State, but because they are in-network for us, we assumed Baptist Health UC would we legit since its tied to Baptist Health Hospital. She had already been diagnosed by the student clinic, so this should've been easy. I was in recently and couldn't be happier with the treatment I received. Everyone was so attentive and sweet and I'm back to my Old grouchy self thank you guys so much
If you are looking for a primary care physician, look no further. Dr Spencer Jones is the one for you and your family and everyone else!! Outstanding bedside manner, listens to you and your concerns, does not rush in and out at appointments. Care about you and your opinion, if you have thoughts about different medications, he will give you the in and out as to why thats will or will not work and let you choose.
