Susie was very professional, informative, nonjudgmental, and kind. The girl at the check-in desk was also professional and efficient. Wait time seemed typical. I left feeling much less anxious about my situation and will be using this place again if I ever need urgent care.
Kind staff and physician. Wait time was a bit much. Poor physician needed help considering a weekend and a fairly busy areas.

I have been sick 6 days- couldn’t get in to see my PCP and a friend suggested I go to Baptist Urgent Care. So glad I did!!! Fortunately there was no waiting time at all. Dustin W., NP was so nice! I was able to get x-rays & tests on the spot and in a timely manner. Now hopefully the meds work quickly.
