Was in and out for 3 months straight from how sick I was until I was almost dead. Finally got admitted and the aid named Morgan came into my room at 3 AM screaming at me because I apparently was ordering doordash when I was in there for memory loss, so I didn't even know I was doing it. Avoid this hospital if you can.
My daughter went here for a stomach issue, as she was at college and away from her primary care. They treated her, but were unable to actually diagnose an issue. Then we got the bill, which we paid. Then we got another bill for the same visit. They separate billing for one visit and make you pay three separate co-pays. One for visiting the hospital, one for seeing their contract doctors, and one for their contract lab. Insurance pays them separately, so you have to pay separate co-pays. Beware if Andrea Ballard is working in ER!!!! My mother and I were treated beyond horribly by Andrea at the ER check in. She delayed urgent care for my mother and chose to argue and belittle us instead of treating us like patients. From the moment we walked in the door Andrea was nasty and hateful. She even told the security guard that he’d have to find someone else to help me. It was absolutely insane and unprofessional. I cannot imagine someone like this working in healthcare. Beware!!!!
Waited for 45 minutes this morning for a bone density scan. They took everyone else back that came in after me. I won't be back. 07/15/2026.
