Went to my family doctor appointment yesterday, the nurse was very rude, Baptist health has done nothing for me, I think it's best to find a saint Joseph family doctor for my health concerns
This place is no better than a veterinarian clinic. My husband went through the ER, was referred to a gastroenterologist, and they are booked out four months and the doctors at baptist health will Only refer him to another baptist health affiliate. Boy that's real patient care isn't it. Take your loved ones somewhere else.
Excellent experience. I came in with a lot of pain and they took care of it right away. Everyone had great eye contact and bed side manners. Greenlee PA was so thorough, a great example of knowledge. Luke was skilled and listened (it's tough to feel heard sometimes) Chip, he was great in radiology. Funny and made going into a tube less freaky.
This is an absolute joke of a hospital. I would much rather travel all the way to UK than Baptist health. They would much rather screw over the people who are actually trying to better themselves than people who do nothing. Never will go again.
I prefer to go here for all my tests after years of having a MRI on on my back and was told nothing was wrong one visit to here and a MRI was told I needed surgery or I would be in a wheelchair.
