If I could do 0 stars I absolutely would. My girlfriend got into a car accident and goes to the emergency department the next day. They refuse to do any scans and just want to send her to someone else. No head scans for dizziness, no x rays for her shoulder or neck pain EVEN THOUGH SHE CANT PROPERLY TURN HER HEAD OR USE HER SHOULDER. I am a few credits away from a PHD and it is common practice to do scans when someone has ANY injury to see what the issue is instead of trying to get them out of the bed and out of the hospital... read more
I tried posting this with zero stars but you have to give at least one or Google won’t let you submit it. Consider the one star begrudgingly bestowed, because there’s not a star in the heavens that would willingly shine upon this godforsaken embarrassment to the medical profession. This is by far the most pathetic, poorly-run, ill-equipped, grossly negligent, incompetent, and shoddy excuse for a hospital I’ve ever known about in my entire life. Really nice staff but if you're in a non motorized wheelchair it's impossible to open any interior door. I have to push my mom and it makes it so difficult to get her around.
I will say they did work quickly to get me in a room, but to tell me I was dehydrated and only give me a half a bag of IV fluid is crazy! But my nurse, Mrs. Sexton was amazing! And she always has been amazing! But we need to do better as a hospital! Before yall actually loose all business. Bc now here I am in complete pain after leaving the hospital at 9:15 this morning.
