Patient care does not seem to be the priority from what we’ve seen so far. We have followed the chain of command to complain and hopefully these issues will be resolved or we will be forced to remove our loved one from the facility. 1) Upon arrival to the facility, the care plan was never reviewed and therapy was exercising exactly what the surgeon specifically said not to. 2) Intimidating family with calling security whenever the nursing staff failed to take care of the patient and was confronted. 3) Making a “contract” wit... read more
