Been calling for a week to schedule appointment after getting out the hospital. They never answer the damn phone I'm still waiting 10 min now. And still no answer
My son sees Dr Tasha Garrett, at first I was undecided about bringing him here after reading all these reviews but after working in the medical field myself over 10 years I know how these experiences are based on both sides of the desk… I can honestly say that Dr Garrett has been very professional, knowledgeable, supportive, caring and compassionate with my son who has Autism,,, transition from a Pediatrician provider to an Adult Provider wasn’t easy but I give her 5 stars and some. My entire family goes here! We have seen a few different doctors for each person. My daughter prefers Dr. Stallworth. She and her nurse are kind and explain everything to me and HER! I myself see Dr. Gupta. He is hands down the GP I've ever had. Front desk can be a little slow sometimes but im Sure they get overwhelmed! Over all great place wonderful doctors who are training the next generation of wonderful doctors!
I will never go to this place again what’s the point of having a job in this field when nobody never answer the phone what’s the problem , why sit and let the phone ring until it hangs up or YOU hang it up it’s people out here that need their medication and you guys FAIL to do so EVERY-TIME! This is my review for Montgomery Cardiovascular Associates. I felt it belongs here also, because they are saying it is Baptist Health's contract requirements "I strongly recommend you find a more honest cardiologist office. My experience with the doctor and NP were great. Its the extra billing practices they like to do that is the issue. Instead of processing my visit to the NP on 6/19 as a Dr's visit, they billed it so they would charge for the NP and then the facilities. This made me have 2 bills.
