The physicians here at Narrow Lane really listen to patients. I felt heard and made comfortable for a procedure that took place in clinic. There is a team atmosphere in the office from the front desk staff, admin, nursing crew and physicians as they work together to treat patients with calm but direct communication . I love it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
One of the worst experiences I've ever had. The front desk employees and nurses were very nice and tried to help me the best way they could. The doctor I was seeing named Kakani Varsha came off as very dismissive. I mentioned to her that I didn't have any energy and she said that it's probably sleep apnea. I told her I think my Vitamin D was low again and asked could she check it and also check my iron because I have a deficiency of both.
