My experience was good. I didn’t have to wait at all. The nurses took care of me quickly and were very nice. Dr Sayyad was also very thorough, explained what and why he was doing different tests. Everyone made sure to explain my follow up and I’m all better now. Wanted to make sure to leave a good review since I’ve seen a lot of bad ones posted. Sometimes people only review to complain.

I went in for a withdrawal side effect switching from one anxiety medication to another. Waiting room had loud football game going. When people arent well thats the last thing u want to hear. Waited only 30 min. The nurses were nice however all the dr gave me was a blood pressure pill and then guessed and said taper half my dose every other day and see how i feel not knowing what could essentially send me right back to the hospital. The referral he gave me for a dr that specialized in tapering me properly was a wrong number ... read more

In for chest pain and dizziness and had the night shift er doctor tell me my symptoms sound made up. Morning shift doc, when asked what extra tests they wanted to run, simply said "the tests we haven't run yet" i would expect a doctor to be professional not sarcastic and demeaning.

Took wife for possible blood clot 5-23-2026waited 2 hours in waiting room then went back waited 1 hour for Doctor to come in he ordered ultrasound waited 45 minutes then 4 hours later still no answers asked 3 times for the Doctor he never did come in after 8 hours we just left no doctor no answers this place is getting so bad same as last 4 visits hello Mercy Health
