I had surgery on my hand 2 weeks ago and I was told last week that I needed to have my surgical sutures removed this week but they would not schedule my appointment. The assistant said she would call me. She never called. I sent an email through the portal. No response. I called today again and the appointment scheduler said they could not get me in this week but that she would have the office manager call me today. NOTHING AGAIN. Great doctor (Miniachi) and fastactic staff: Julie PA, Veronica PT, Carina. They are professional, caring, and always puts the need of the patient first. Dr Miniachi performed a reverse shoulder replacement on my husband's shoulder. They are awesome!
