It’s a beautiful facility with a very poor customer service. I spend more than 2 hours for my appointment. The PA who took care of me apologized for the long wait. After 2 sets of XRays she ended up ordering me an MRI, suggested I leave with a boot if I could walk. No follow up information, no instructions, did not review all the meds I was given at the ER, simply said to get the MRI done and she would call me once results were in. This Orthopedic office is top notch. As a patient who had ankle surgery; I appreciate the dedication and professionalism of the Drs and their staff.

I feel deeply disappointed with the care I received at Baptist Orthopedic Institute in Campo Sano. I was charged $2,253.75 without being offered any payment plan or assistance, even after explaining my medical and financial situation. I do not have medical insurance, which means I must cover all my medical expenses out of pocket. I was never unwilling to pay—I simply asked for a payment arrangement or some kind of help to make it possible. When I called customer service, I was treated with coldness and a lack of empathy.
