I feel deeply disappointed with the care I received at Baptist Orthopedic Institute in Campo Sano. I was charged $2,253.75 without being offered any payment plan or assistance, even after explaining my medical and financial situation. I do not have medical insurance, which means I must cover all my medical expenses out of pocket. I was never unwilling to pay—I simply asked for a payment arrangement or some kind of help to make it possible. When I called customer service, I was treated with coldness and a lack of empathy. Este lugar fue hoy, como un cesto de basura para mi, perdí mi tiempo, mi dinero, mi paciencia y casi que la educación. Para hacer una cita aquí tuve que enviar registros médicos (MRI) a ver si era "elegible". Según ellos si lo era, y me dieron la cita. Duré 3 minutos con una "médico o enfermera" no sé ni lo que es, y básicamente me dijo que ni mi artritis en la cervical ni mi escoliosis eran tan importantes como para darme tratamiento o enviarme a terapia física, que ellos no trataban mi caso. Admin is extremely unorganized. Errors in scheduling, their notification system is not reliable, and they change appointment times without prior notice.
