I love Dr Lewis as by obgyn but they so not answer the phone and cannot leave a message. I have tried to call to schedule my first OB appt with him. I am pregnant but I may have to find another doctor. Maybe the office manager will see this and make some updates.
Dr. Jasmine Johnson - if you need an gynecologist she is very kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. The nurse and checkout staff was exceptional as well. Thank you for a positive experience!
Everything is absolutely great. Dr. Lewis is the most kind and professional doctor that I've ever encountered. He is very thorough and explains everything in great detail. I'm always very comfortable and hopeful leaving my visits with him. His nursing staff are awesome as well. Love you all and thank you very much for a wonderful experience
From my own personal experience, I can't recommend this place to others. While Dr. Johnson is a fine doctor, the staff is not. They could not get my co-pay right. I showed them an email from the Baptist Health customer service office and a statement from my insurance company of what my co-pay should be. They still insisted on charging me the higher co-pay or I would not be able to see the doctor. One of them made a comment that "it's always the co-pay".
