This place lacks professionalism, empathy, and more importantly they don’t value the time of others.
Really love the care that Jessica Adair NP takes with knowing her patients and taking the time to answer their concerns and assist in their equipment need referrals. Just great care if you require apnea management. I am in 204 at the Neuroscience sign in and an older lady is having trouble with the kiosk. Just a suggestion you might need another way for older people to sign in. Because the staff must not be allowed to assist patients that can't operate the kiosk. The patient wanted to sign in at the desk but was not allowed and was not given any help. I must be missing something.
I want to first point out that my NP Holly Cluck is an excellent provider. I wish I could give my review based on her service, but the failing of the office staff and management have made my ability to get meaningful care impossible. I am a 100 % service-connected veteran and was referred here for care by the VA. The VA authorizes care in writing, and this must be active to receive care.
