My provider is fantastic which is the only thing keeping me returning, however the phone staff is horrible. Just simply trying to make an appointment today I have been hung up on three times, transferred to two different people who don’t want to do their jobs, and disrespected. And that’s when you can actually get someone to even answer the phone which is rare.
This place lacks professionalism, empathy, and more importantly they don’t value the time of others.
Really love the care that Jessica Adair NP takes with knowing her patients and taking the time to answer their concerns and assist in their equipment need referrals. Just great care if you require apnea management. I am in 204 at the Neuroscience sign in and an older lady is having trouble with the kiosk. Just a suggestion you might need another way for older people to sign in. Because the staff must not be allowed to assist patients that can't operate the kiosk. The patient wanted to sign in at the desk but was not allowed and was not given any help. I must be missing something.
