Referring physicians accidentally sent the wrong address when scheduling my appointment. As a result I arrived in the office 11 minutes late. Dr Hall refused to see me and asked me to reschedule. This was after Dr Hall rescheduled my appointment 4 days prior because she needed to leave early that day. Incredible horrible patient services. Office staff was kind and did everything possible to make the appointment happen but Dr Hall was not willing to cooperate. Do not recommend.
