Lauren Ball, ARNP and Griselda “GiGi” Mbong Cheng-Akawa APRN have both seen my mom. They both are excellent. Caring and kind. They include my mom in decisions although she has dementia and let her try and answer questions, while realizing they need to depend on my sister and I for the real answers. They have worked so hard to help us keep my mom uti free. They do not dismiss her just because she’s elderly and has dementia. The medical techs are also very kind. Referring physicians accidentally sent the wrong address when scheduling my appointment. As a result I arrived in the office 11 minutes late. Dr Hall refused to see me and asked me to reschedule. This was after Dr Hall rescheduled my appointment 4 days prior because she needed to leave early that day. Incredible horrible patient services. Office staff was kind and did everything possible to make the appointment happen but Dr Hall was not willing to cooperate. Do not recommend.
