This was probably the kindest and most caring encounter i've ever had with a doctor. The staff was incredibly nice and very patient with me. Doctor Deidra Berg wasvery helpful, professional and communicative through a pretty scary situation for me. Not only did she explain everything to me in a personable, friendly manner, she took the time to comfort me when I was visibly distressed and frightened. Worst experience I have ever had at a Doctor office. No discussion or explanation nothing but horrible pain from a very young and obviously under trained nurse,, the Doctor was no where to be found. Just don’t go there.

I've been going here for several years. Any time I have issues I call and they get me in. I've seen Dr Knox, Dr. Spicer and regularly see Katy Muller. I've never had a bad experience. Dr. Spicer and Dr. Knox have both performed surgery on me and I have no complaints. They've always been on time and have checked up on me after procedures.

I'm a disabled vet and have PTSD, depression and anxiety, along with low testosterone. I see this office through VA Community Care. I recently had a follow up appointment with Mr. Johnson to go over my recent testosterone labs. I am 55 and have been on testosterone since 2017. Without testosterone therapy my level is about 115 and really affects my PTSD, depression and anxiety. Mr. Johnson was made aware of this.
