I will no longer use this office. I have been trying to resolve a simple issue for over a week and am just talking in circles, no one seems to know what to do, I have explained myself many times to many different people. I feel like I could get better assistance speaking with a child.
Was thrilled to get an appointment for a painful case of plantar fasciitis. Waited 45 minutes after appointment time, one hour after I checked in. I asked the check-in desk for an estimate of how much longer it would be, they told me there were two other people in front of me. This is so disrespectful of other’s time. Why schedule the appointment if you can’t see the patient within 30 minutes of their appointment time?
