I have had really great experiences with this OB-GYN office. From the moment I walked in 9 years ago to present. The front desk make check-in & checking out easy, and I don’t usually have to wait long to be seen. Doctor Jon Voss was efficient short sweet and to the point in general and or at my request. These folks took my grandmother very serious. In GA she had a PET Scan for a lung nodule, but this was benign. But on the scan was a hot spot on her endometrium in her posterior uterus. She had this measured in GA the thickening was maybe 11-12 which was more than double the normal for post menopause. She was started on hormone therapy to try to reduce the lining in GA. Dr Simms has delivered two of my babies within 2 years via c section she is AMAZING I recommend her to everyone I know because I know if it wasn’t for her I probably wouldn’t have made it after I had my second child. I wish she delivered all of my children. She listens, doesn’t make you feel dumb when you ask questions. She takes everything seriously and that’s all I’ve ever wanted in an obgyn! Called and the are booked out for new patients until "May or June" expressed how I needed more immediate medical help. I had an ER visit and the said I needed to get something looked at immediately. The response was "ok. Is there anything else I can help you with?" No compassion no care from the people WE pay to help us. First impression matters and the training of people who are first contact is equally if not more important.
