Love! Sometimes you are waiting long, but I’m glad I chose them for my IUD insertion. Incredibly painful, but I was informed and they made sure I was so comfortable. Afterwards, I didn’t do too well and was going to black out and got so hot. All these girls ran in to help fan, get me water, snacks, and just be with me while I was trying to recover and the doctor double checked. They let me stay as long as I needed until I left for home.
I have been a patient here since 2015 and I see Dr. Parrott. He has always been a great provider to me, even with the wait times I knew it was worth it. Also the front office staff are always kind when checking me in and out. The lady up front Stephanie was so sweet when she checked me in and Dr Parrott’s nurse Mollie is so kind and will always notify me of any delay. Overall I always recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for top notch care.
some of the front desk people are absolutely nasty and rude. nobody wants to come in to a OB appointment and have someone be nasty for no reason. if you don’t enjoy ur job, quit. don’t ruin other people’s day bc u don’t like ur job.
