My 83 year old mother has been waiting for 5 months for an appointment to visit Shelby Roberts( Neurologist). Few hours before her appointment we were notified she was canceling our appointment due to her having NO knowledge of my mother’s symptoms and wouldn’t be able to help her. Well thanks Shelby, my mother has been suffering for almost a year. We appreciate you waiting 3 hours before our appointment to cancel us.
