Walked in today for an appt for my baby - we think he has an ear infection. The receptionist ask if I had a mask. I let her know that I could not wear one. A man behind the counter became very rude demanding that I wear one even after I tried to explain that I couldn’t. We left with my baby being untreated. How can a dr office do that?!?! I was under the impression that if you couldn’t medically wear a mask, it was ok. Needless to say, we will be changing pediatricians!
Can't see my doctor my appointments keep getting canceled and i have problems that need to be addressed. I don't know what I did to deserve this. Guess I'll have to have to put my medical issues on hold. Rediculos that a doctor's office doesn't want to see patients. What am I supposed to do find a new doctor after I've been seeing mine since 2006. If all you want to do is video visits then go home. I love my daughters doctor (dr. Gullo) she has been her doctor since she was 2 weeks old! she is so sweet and good w her! wouldnt want to go anywhere esle!
We love Dr JAI! No matter how busy he is, he makes you feel like you are the only patient he has.
I needed a pcp and Dr. Shellie Thompson was accepting new patients I felt very comfortable with her. Thank you so much.
