Amber Wood has been awesome with my son! She is working with neurologist well and has went above and beyond to help us. She is very nice and professional. We are always seen on time and treated with respect.

I have been a patient with this behavioral health group for over two years and, until recently, I have not had any issues. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been disappointing. Each time I speak with Olga on the phone, she comes across as unfriendly and dismissive. As someone seeking behavioral health care, calling the office to ask questions about medications or concerns already feels vulnerable and stressful. I want to start off by saying the front desk employees were very kind and personable. But my experience with Kimberly Thompson was horrible. Treated me like I was lying about my mental health issues; told me I needed to “convince her” of an issue even though I have been diagnosed with said issue by multiple doctors. Will not be going back, I recommend seeing a different doctor at this facility if you must.
