The people at the front desk in the ER were very rude. My mom was vomiting, felt faint, had really bad stomach pain, and had both hot flashes (like she would start sweating within seconds) and chills. She had to lay on the floor because whenever she was sitting or standing she would get extremely dizzy and feel faint. Worst experience here ever. Went in for severe foot pain, not one time was I asked what my pain level was, which it was a 10 to say the least. It was not very busy at all. An X-ray was done. When I finally got back into a room the nurse seemed very aloof and giggled a lot no compassion like she was mocking me. The doctor came in and he was decent and seemed concerned. Absolutely the worst people skills from front desk and communication skills from various areas need work. Treat people better! If you're gonna work in this environment you're the voice for people when they can't.Dont get irritated at patients because you don't wanna be there WE DONT NEITHER! I wouldn't give 1 single recommendation to anyone

Went to with colon pain. I couldn't sit down so they said we can't do anything to accommodate, so I had to laid on a nasty floor for 8 hours.. when I saw a doctor they had to do emergency surgery, so they tells you I wasnt faking.. what was I supposed to do? I couldn't sit and only stand 10 min at a time

Will not treat pain. Didn't even take me to a examine room or speak to a Dr. They really don't care they just want the #of ppl on the waiting list in the waiting room as low as possible.
