I had surgery on March 2, 2016 & as soon as I got there the staff was so sweet & kind. I recommend Baptist Health to anybody that wants warm hospitality. LOVE Y'ALL!!!!
The Nursing staff in L&D are some of the best. My wife and I came in to be checked out do to complications( high risk ). Our nurse was really awesome she made us feel like family and my wife who has had 4 other pregnancies said that this was one of the best experience with nursing staff she has ever received. Thank you so much and can't wait to have our baby here :)
I liked the nurses,especially the doctor who did my daughters surgery.The only gripe was no cafeteria.
ER is very slow process, could be better, I think they need more staff.
The nursing staff in the er on October 23,2015 at 7pm, are extremely rude people. They have the worst bedside manner I've ever seen in my life. I'd just like to remind the medical staff, that as patients we are your customers. We CAN go elsewhere for care. We DO deserve respect and courtesy. Your rudeness is intolerable.
Very nice staff and the nurses were super sweet and had wonder bedside manners!
