My experience was very positive. The staff was friendly and very helpful. My mother went in UTI and turned her condition around quickly. They provided home health care services and her Dr. was thorough, professional and very tuned into her needs. Dr. Brandon was excellent. It went smoothly and now my mother is well and at home.
I took my grandson in because he was clearly struggling to breath. They were very rude and unconcerned. Prescribed cough meds. He's not coughing! After begging for an updraft, they finally gave him one. I looked at his throat (me,not the Dr) and it was literally so swollen, it looked as if it could close up� I asked if they would please look at his throat. It was okay but some of the staff is down right rude, I took my son there last week and they was rude and never looked completely they just went by what was said and I was informed I can pay 100.00 for them to write him a prescription or I can leave. He has Medicaid so I left and took him to his Dr the next day and got a totally different diagnosis
Great experience while there for 3 days. Staff was very kind and took care of all my needs. I loved my surgeon Dr. Elkins. Best experience I've ever had in a hospital. I highly recommend them!
My care team was excellent from the registration staff the OR team 3rd floor and of course Margaret made sure my wants and needs were meet. Dr C was amazing at keeping my family updated. Thank you BHMCA for making me and my family feel like family :)
My college student arrived barely breathing, vomiting, dehydrated, hyperventilating, and they kept questioning her current address and social security number, and wanted her to go sit back out in the waiting room. Then we had unfriendly people in radiology that clearly hate their jobs. Then we had a nurse trying to draw blood and give my daughter another IV after she was already finished and waiting to be discharged. They said oops it's a mistake, after arguing with me.
