The care from the Doctors and Medical team are 5 stars but getting in touch with anyone is extremely frustrating. The message function in the portal does not work, messages are never answered. It takes many calls to reach someone and incorrect information was given to me more than once. While the medical care is the most important thing by far, it is also important to know you can communicate with relative ease.
Excellent response from Medical Staff.
I find the staff t be professional,as well as my oncologist,I’m getting good medical care.
