At this particular location my husband had a double back surgery employing a neurosurgeon for the top and an orthopedic surgeon for the bottom fusing. The hospital care was mostly efficient and accommodating.

I went in with chest pain and was emitted and while in the emergency room they were the most caring people I have had in many years. Then I went to my room and they were on top of things quickly. I was on the 6 floor and my nurse was amazing as each and everyone of the staff. They made me feel like we had known each other for ever. There is no way I would go to any other hospital. This staff is awesome and I'm very blessed to have had them.
I just found out that I’m losing my Dr Thomas Schurfranz because Baptist Health won’t let him care for his patients. They say he must continue to take on new patients and limit his time to 15 minutes per patient. It took me a year to find a doctor that I liked and truly cared about me the patient and now I’m losing him because corporate THINKS they know more than a doctor!!!! I went to the ER with severe abdominal pain. 5.5 hours later I went home without my appendix. Exceptional speedy service and caring staff.
I had open heart surgery one week ago at Baptist East. The care I received was outstanding. The cardiac nurses there are superior in both knowledge and compassion. I would not go anywhere else.
I was there in September and had the best care. I was on vacation and had to be admitted there I am from Fl. and would had never got the care I got there It was the best.
