If you were considering Baptist Health Neurology for yourself or a loved one, DO NOT DO IT!!! I hate to write this but my mother has been a patient with Baptist Health for several years on 6-month check ups so that she can get the medication that is needed to prevent her from having seizures due to a brain aneurysm she had a 1986. If you are a family member in need of FMLA paperwork they are a joke... I quit my job of 11 and a half years to provide better care for my mother. A couple of weeks ago I had a stroke. The ambulance took me to baptist hospital and God led them to save my life. The surgeon was awesome he came in the room and did his thing believing in God every step of the way. When he had suctioned the blood clot out of brain, praise God every function of my body that was weakened by the stroke came fully back. Intake process fairly quick, people are friendly BUT they DO NOT call in your prescription on time at least PA Elizabeth Pinnix office doesn't. This is the 4TH time in a ROW my medication hasn't been refilled, UTTERLY USELESS the sad part is its not even a narcotic. So with that said if you need your meds on time every time this isn't the place for you. Try Commonwealth Pain down the road there on time.
