The staff is nice this is not directed to anyone besides the actual doctor. I am currently going to school for sonography (the ultrasound machine) so I know what im looking at. The guy explained everything to me showing that I had a cyst erupt, another large cyst that’s leaking out about to pop and another cyst on the other side. He was nice and honest and that’s what we need. The issue isn’t him. Waited for 2+ hours in pain and they couldn’t even get me into a bed. Just gave me a chair when the only position of relief was lying down, so I layed on the floor. Horrible experience.
This place is awful. Slow. Rude nurses. Wouldn’t recommend at all.
Just because you are not truly emergent does not mean that you do not feel awful. If you did not feel awful, you most likely wouldn't be at the Emergency Room. The wait times to get a room are abhorrent. The staff is friendly though.
Everyone treat us very well. Staff, nurses and PA were caring and compassionate. The one nurse even had my mom laughing even though she felt awful. Thank you for your care and please know there are people who appreciate you.
