While my husband and I were traveling through Lexington on vacation, I suddenly fell very ill and needed to call an ambulance. From the paramedics to the nurses and my ER doctor, everyone was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. I felt truly heard and respected, and each staff member went above and beyond to care for me. Although I was very nervous, they reassured me that I was in the best possible hands. It was, by far, the best ER experience I’ve ever had! (Thank you nurse Jesse and Doctor Meredith... you are the best!)
So if you are ever in an emergency situation.......don't go here. Arrived at 2:52pm. Was told that I was going to be admitted have literally sat in triage rooms for going on 10 hours. At 6:38pm was told what room i was going to be in and was just told current time 10:33 the room was still not cleaned yet......whoever is contracted for the room cleaning at this facility is sincerely lacking in abilities. I have been in the ER in august and they charge me huge amounts around 30k for one night and couple services and applied for financial aid they approved but they did not change the amount for me to make a payment. since that time I am struggling with their representative and everyone in office tell me something different and I asked them every-time to connect me with their supervisor but they never did and didn’t fix the issue. Excellent experience. Everyone had great eye contact and seemed to really care. I was hesitant and they offered an additional test to solidify their diagnosis. This is my second time there and as much as I never want to go to the ER I'd go here again if need be.
