My daughter was drugged and was brought on the ambulance. They put her in the hallway and would not let me go see her. Instead they kept letting people in and they put her in the room an hour later after she came on the ambulance. The treatment hasn't even started till I got into the room. UK hospital would not let someone who is drugged be on the hallway for an hour. The only reason I didn't give 1 star is because some staff was nice to her and tried to help her.
⭐ 1 Star - If I could leave a 0 star I would. Absolutely disgusting. My grandma came in after a fall, crying in 10/10 pain, and we sat in the waiting room for over an hour. It took more than 2 hours for anyone to give her pain medicine. The nurses were rude and uncaring. The room had blood on the floor and a dirty needle when we walked in (I have pictures). Even worse, the nurse picked up the needle and then drew her blood without changing gloves. Filthy and dangerous. This hospital should be ashamed.
The staff is nice this is not directed to anyone besides the actual doctor. I am currently going to school for sonography (the ultrasound machine) so I know what im looking at. The guy explained everything to me showing that I had a cyst erupt, another large cyst that’s leaking out about to pop and another cyst on the other side. He was nice and honest and that’s what we need. The issue isn’t him. Waited for 2+ hours in pain and they couldn’t even get me into a bed. Just gave me a chair when the only position of relief was lying down, so I layed on the floor. Horrible experience.
This place is awful. Slow. Rude nurses. Wouldn’t recommend at all.
