Negative patient experience with ultrasound tech. The mammogram techs and staff were friendly as could be. I had an appt bc I’m ruling out things and my right breast has hurt for 1 year. I have cysts in my chest and was suspicious that’s why my right breast was hurting so I scheduled an appt with my obgyn. My obgyn confirmed they felt what I did and scheduled a diagnostic ultrasound. It was recommended for me to get a diagnostic mammogram. I went to the Nicholsville Rd location to get this. After the procedure I was told to wait in the waiting room. After about 30 minutes, a person who did not identify herself, took me into a dressing room and told me I needed to have a biopsy. She also said it was not urgent. I was given handouts to read. I had a mammogram and ultrasound done at this facility and they never sent the results to my referring doctor now months later there were issues and I am having to have an MRI with concerns. I keep getting hung up on waiting on the phone. I would not go here!!!!!
