4 hrs in a waiting room and haven’t even been taken back ??? That’s ridiculous
I had open heart surgery one week ago at Baptist East. The care I received was outstanding. The cardiac nurses there are superior in both knowledge and compassion. I would not go anywhere else.
I just found out that I’m losing my Dr Thomas Schurfranz because Baptist Health won’t let him care for his patients. They say he must continue to take on new patients and limit his time to 15 minutes per patient. It took me a year to find a doctor that I liked and truly cared about me the patient and now I’m losing him because corporate THINKS they know more than a doctor!!!! The best hospital I have ever been in. Good care, facility, patient food, caring doctors who take time to listen and explain your condition and care. Highly recommend this place!
Staff, facilities you name it and it is the best.
Going through pulmonary rehab for the next three months. I must say that the staff in the rehab group are awesome! Skilled, knowledgeable, caring, personable and funny are the biggest and best qualities. I’m so glad that I was referred there.
