I enjoyed my stay because of the awesome ct tech who was friendly made me feel comfortable and made sure my iv didn’t cause me any pain or discomfort we got along well and I wish I got her name so I could have friended her on Facebook cause she was just that awesome I never had any medical staff treat me the way she did but those 5 to 10 minutes where she handled me with care and 100% understood my concerns told to trust my gut and even went to the lengths of giving me some of her story’s and experiences I will always rememb... read more
I got an MRI three weeks ago. When I left, the technician told me my results would be in MyChart by that evening. It’s three weeks later and I still haven’t gotten anything. I’ve called the clinic three times and they’re unable to help me. Funny enough, my insurance company was charged within a week for the MRI and for a reading from a third party company. Imagine being in pain and not being able to get your results for three weeks but they got their money within a week…
Everyone was very nice. Got me in and out really fast.
I feel like my son would still be alive had the radiologist done their job and completed the MRI & MRA that the Dr ordered. My son had an appointment to have those done on July 19th at noon. We arrived a few minutes early. We were there for 45 minutes. Everyone that was in the waiting room had been seen. After watching 2 people come in, check in, and go back, I checked with the receptionist. I assume he got overlooked because a different receptionist was at the desk than the one who checked him in. horribly loud MRI machine, insufficient ear protection, the changing cubicle still had the previous patient's clinic pants on the bench, it was never wiped down, overall not a good experience-
