The receptionist did not know how to process my procedure order, and had to use my cell phone to call my doctor to figure it out because she didn’t understand the order for an ultrasound. She ended up having to use my cell phone three separate times. Delaying my appointment,which should’ve been about an hour, instead it was closer to four hours.
Went there once to get my labs done and loved how quick it was. Tried to go the other day and got there at 5:05 pm and they was closed. I drove over 20 miles to get there and it's ridiculous they were closed. Stay open until you have listed or change the time you have on here.
I always get my labs here. They are fast and efficient. Great staff too.
