This review is for Palliative Care department....I had a special needs son that we placed him on palliative care with Lauren here. Few weeks later we called over 10 times never getting a call back, our sons PCP also called with same results. My son was in hospital for a week and sent hime in Hospice thru another company because we could never get a response. My son passed away and today over 2 weeks later they call with an appt reminder!!! Would not recommend to anyone what so ever!!
