Very, very disappointed in Baptist Health Hamburg location. My husband was scheduled on Jan 3rd for an infusion on Jan 17th at Baptist Health Cancer Center in Hamburg. We called inquiring about instructions the day before the infusion and was told insurance hadn't approved it yet and they would have to reschedule. They said if we could get the insurance to approve it, they would put him back on the schedule for the next day.
