Doctors are great, back office is both inept and indifferent. They speak to you in a condescending way and then whine about being yelled at as soon as you start to get frustrated. I love my doctor but am starting to doubt if it's worth it when dealing with the office staff. EDIT: After going through the reviews and seeing the same name pop up that I had to deal with, it's clear the issues with the office are not going to change, and it's time to find another Primary.

I spend 1 hour on the phone to make appointments at Baptist Health and when I came they said we don't accept your insurance. Surprise! surprise! Don't respect patient's time. Also didn't offer self pay appointment. I sat on the chair waiting her to call me or to do next step. Employee just started to talk with another patient.😳 It seems they don't care. Second one said you have to use your insurance. And I saw how another patient came in my time appointment. 😳 come back when you have insurance. 🤯No thanks! Never come back... read more
