Love my doctor but there are a couple receptionist that are very condescending. The Communication is not very well.
I had an appointment there on Thursday they put me in the exam room check my blood pressure and everything else then she said the doctor will be in soon the doctor never showed up I was in the exam room for 46 minutes wait for the doctor I have never waited that long to see a doctor.
Doctors are great, back office is both inept and indifferent. They speak to you in a condescending way and then whine about being yelled at as soon as you start to get frustrated. I love my doctor but am starting to doubt if it's worth it when dealing with the office staff. EDIT: After going through the reviews and seeing the same name pop up that I had to deal with, it's clear the issues with the office are not going to change, and it's time to find another Primary.
