I have noticed several medication errors on MyChart. The doctors don’t listen. Their diagnosis is always depression or stress. I went in with a very severe rash on my back and the doctor wanted to give me an antidepressant, muscle relaxer, and a sleep medication. Consider yourself fortunate if you get to see the same doctor every time you go to this clinic. They take at least 8 days to answer your messages and do not return calls.
I dont have insurance so i paid cash in full at the time of the visit. Then weeks later i get billed 55$ for the visit. I was getting a inhaler refill for my asthma. I was in the dr office for 5 min. He listened to my lungs and said okay anything else i said no and i left. Contacted the office and they are supposedly looking into it (this was dec called them in jan) im still being told i owe a bill and now they are NOT REFILLING MY INHALER. so i paid over $130 to get 1 inhaler refill. Tried to make a 2nd appointment for my son to be seen and they had no record of us being there despite having 2 upcoming appointments. Would not let me make an appointment for my newborn son who is having breathing issues because of it. We have literally been seen here AND had blood work done on him. Receptionist was extremely rude despite me being as polite as possible over this situation.
