Your ICU nurses, Kristi Williams Bounds, are posting misinformation about face coverings online and attacking NYC hospitals while posting how proud they are to work for you. I'd steer clear of your hospital and let my friends in the area know to do the same.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT take your loved ones to this hospital! I repeat DO NOT take your loved ones here, unless you want them to be abused. Our dad was in rehab for about 2 weeks and came out with bedsores and couldn’t even stand when we picked him up. We took him to a different hospital that same day he was released and they found out he had a UTI and was dehydrated. We were only allowed to visit one time per week, but they only told us that after he had been there a week already. No doctor ever contacted me and they prescribe h... read more

Worst experience with a hospital, especially during this COVID crap! My grandpa ended up with bed sores and couldn’t walk out the door. Nobody ever called and told us what was going on with him. When we called none of the nurses knew what was happening with him. There were only 3 other people on his floor and the nurses couldn’t answer any questions about my grandpa. was jus discharged no gauges or covering for fresh open cut by nurse... n horrible pain n everyone jus like wait up on da rain to wlk to car. i barely could and i cant really drive because of the pain and exposure of cut to fabric
