The front desk receptionist and office manager are very rude and cut off. They dlcouldnt care less about the patients and the service they should receive. When I tried to speak with the nurse they wouldn't even call her to get a message to her. The worst hospitality ever. The doctors may be decent but the clinic will suffer due to the quality of care you receive, especially starting at the front door.
Recommendedthey care & take the time to really pay attention to your medical issues & how to really help you. Dr Daniel & therapist Katie Franke are fantastic & super kind

I see Anne Brown PA she is very caring and ALWAYS listens to my problems and tries to manage my health issues appropriately and timely she genuinely cares about her patients and will do what she can for them. Love my PCP office and lab staff too they are always courteous and kind. Always ask me if I need a work excuse or a follow up appointment and to have a blessed day. Seriously a 5 star health clinic ⭐️
After having been a patient for many years I was surprised and angered that Baptist Health failed to notify me they are no longer a preferred provider for my insurance. I was shocked when I received a billing notice after the fact!
I love this place. Very good doctors and nurses.
My kids and I all love Dr. Vest and are very sad to hear he is leaving!
