Dear Sir: I brought my wife to this facility’s emergency room this morning complaining of breathing/dizziness/ chest pain/ lethargy/and disorientation. We were told by security at door that only she would be allowed inside and that I could not accompany her. Your security guards had just watched me assist her to walk the few feet to the door to keep her from falling. She refused to go in without me so I brought her home. My Son had to go there by ambulance and they didn’t put a mask on him there or while there. I went to meet him and they didn’t check to see if I was safe to go in. No temperature check. I heard a nurse say someone just tested positive in there. I was not happy with the lack of concern for this pandemic with my Son or myself and many others. They checked my purse but not my temp.
