I would Baptist Health Clinic to anyone. Have had nothing but great customer service. Dr Mayfield is the greatest. He takes all the time you need to listen to your ailments, does not rush you at all and always wants to know if there are any questions.
Shelley Payne is wonderful! When I switched to Baptist Health Family Clinic - Bryant, I was experiencing a lot of health issues with no clear answers. I needed a healthcare professional who would listen to me and my symptoms. Shelley has excellent patient care and HEARD what I was saying. She ended up finding the cause of my symptoms after just one visit and a proper referral whereas other providers/clinics dismissed some if not most of my symptoms. So happy with the care I receive at this clinic!

I usually see Dr. Cavanaugh, but today I saw Dr. Shelly. She was very fast and friendly. The staff got right to the issues I was having and took necessary measures to make me comfortable. nothing but good things for me
Dr Mayfield is an amazing g Dr. He has seen me through the most physically and emotionally trying time of my life following a MVA. If he doesn’t think I can get care from him he has referred me out and if he wasn’t happy he had another plan. This is true patient care and bedside manner. He listens to me without rushing me and explains everything as well. I cannot brag on him enough! I will forever recommend him to anyone in need. I was very disappointed with Dr. Nelson. I was looking to change PCP and heard a lot of things about him. I went to see him and have never been treated so terribly by a doctor.
Dr.Nelson called after hours to check on me and call in some medication that got me through the night. The next morning I was his first appointment. I was much appreciative.
