I went there for urgent care and they did confirm that they are in network with my health insurance and they billed me for almost $1500 and when I called to get more info they were so rude to me on the phone
If we could give this place zero stars, we would. My husband visited this establishment early in the year for a flu test. He arrived around 6:30am. The receptionist told him he may want to wait until 7am because before that the visit would be considered emergency care and would be costly. He TOLD THEM YES he would WAIT for urgent care to start up at 7am. They talked in detail about the cost differences. I have been here several times for myself and with family. This is THE BEST immediate care ever. They are kind and quick. No matter how bad I feel somehow I leave here with a smile. Thank you all!!
Very kind and attentive staff. They took care of my fiancé swiftly. Derwin Phillip is a very kind, knowledgeable, and professional man. I wish I could remember the names of the nurses because they were excellent as well. Will be coming back if needed.
