Quick professional and caring staff. Worst part of the visit was the waiting room and treatment room was freezing
Superior patient service
I went here yesterday at about 8:00pm. EVERBODY was so nice to me. Anyone who came into my room shared sympathy for me and even a few saying “after I saw what you were here for my heart goes to you that is so painful” (I had a pimple or cyst inside of my ear) The nurse came checked it and offered to pop it. I said yes. It was very painful but the nurse was so sweet even tho I jumped when I got poked when she was done I apologized and she said “it’s okay you did great sweetie” even tho I jumped and grabbed her arm. I am truly stunned by the experience. My fiancé fractured her spine and was sobbing through the pain. The lady at the front was any where between rude and spiteful. I have never seen someone treat a sobbing person that way, if anyone can reach out please do. I am beyond furious and want to talk to a representative.
