Dr. Angel Alejandro, MD., is a star. I would give him 5 stars. He even told me about a book I should read. He was wonderful! He was attentive, listens very carefully, and all around everything you would want in a doctor. However, the phone system for Baptist Endocrinology is a disaster. Imposible to contact your endocrinologist or they medical assistant no communication very impersonal they canceled your appointment because the Doctor will not be in the office and you wait six months for your next appointment ridiculous

Dr. Escalona is excellent. Not only is she highly knowledgeable, but she truly cares. She takes the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed, and I feel completely confident with the treatment plan she has me on. The whole staff is very nice and professional.

Dr. Priscilla doesn't care about her patients. They change your appointment after a six-month wait. I chose Babtis thinking it was the best option, but her doctors don't respect or care about their patients.

In office visits are great. The doctor and medical staff are attentive. However, since Baptist moved to the answering service, I cannot get a hold of anyone in the office. For a week, I’ve have been trying to get a hold of someone in order to refill my Omni pods. To no avail. Not sure what do do as my last omnipod will expire in15 hours and cannot reach anyone.
