Took wife for possible blood clot 5-23-2026waited 2 hours in waiting room then went back waited 1 hour for Doctor to come in he ordered ultrasound waited 45 minutes then 4 hours later still no answers asked 3 times for the Doctor he never did come in after 8 hours we just left no doctor no answers this place is getting so bad same as last 4 visits hello Mercy Health

This hospital and er have went down hill majorly since 20 years ago. The er never has beds available quickly, they are extremely short staffed, lack knowledgeable staff, and the rooms are not clean. One of the last times I was in the er there was blood all over the “cleaned room”. Seemed every person that came in they were struggling to be able to help. Very scary to watch and see. My daughter went in with severe chest pains and breathing problems. She was sent away by Dr. Raj Patel because she had been taking a diet pill that shows up in your system as an upper. My problem is he didn't even ask her what she was taking that may have caused that to show up.
