Everything went down alright not a long time waiting and fast and great performance from the technician.
I m very grateful to the lady that did my ct scan! She was so patient and understanding of my fear i believe her name is elita She even took me all the way to the exit to get out thru the stairs because my fear to elevators. I wish you can let her know she made such a difference and i send my thanks.
They treat me very good
The technician was polite and professional (this is the only reason for the three star review ) on the other side: I appreciate the bilingual environment, but I’d like staff to engage patients in the language the patient initiates with, rather than assuming Spanish. It affects clarity during medical care. Also, my appointment was not fully scheduled as ordered. I hope both issues can be corrected going forward.
