The staff are rude and don't follow through on referrals and prescriptions in a timely manner. Very difficult to get through to medical staff, or even get a live person.
RecommendedI broke my ankle on the 26th, the emergency room staff were amazing!! I had surgery on the 31st and my nurses before and after surgery were amazing!! Dr Jacobs is the best!! & all of his nurses in his office are amazing too!! I had a wonderful experience and I’m glad I chose them to go to!

Compromised big time since 2000/2001 they’re greed of the green overshadow’s patient health so sad.
Recommendedmy baby boy Tristan Isaiah Menefee was born there and they made sure he was in perfect health and condition on August 31st 2019 I recommend Baptist Health Paducah because they treated us so well with respect and made sure that my fiance was in perfect health before we left
