They never answer the phone to schedule an appointment
Been trying to get someone to answer the phone for 30 minutes now. They hang up on me or just let the appointment phone ring until it hangs up.
They do not answer the phone. They do not work with the Md office to have everything in order. Use another service for you mammograms or diagnostics. Do not use them.
Awful, terrible, horrible customer service. I found a lump in my breast over four weeks ago, and my OBGYN sent THREE referrals to this place before they acknowledged me. Both my OBGYN and I have been calling to get an appointment scheduled for an ultrasound sound, and they refuse to answer or call back. We have left messages, and messages, and messages.
