Front desk and staff were very friendly but they told me my insurance paid for my mammogram and ultrasound sound then they sent me a bill for over 700 dollars then on top of that I was paying the bill monthly for three months straight then they decided to sent me to collection agency The collection lady was super nice I will not ever go back to them They lied and refused to send me a paper bill after sending me three bills they just stopped sending the bill Sad
I find them rushed. I have had 3 breast bxs. Due to my hx of cancer. They didn't even care that I had pain. Worst place ever From now on UAB They care
The worst healthcare experience I have ever seen. Terrible front desk behavior and rude. I was amazed at the willful neglect and lack of professionalism. It was like I was in a 3rd world country where the was no process or consideration for patients…..which ironically is the only reason there have jobs …..guess they cannot connect the dots….. Think I will just drive 2 hours to Birmingham to get healthcare needs met.
