Jordan, the ultrasound tech, was an angel. She was thorough, compassionate, skilled. She is the perfect person for such a personal job. Bless you Jordan!!
I have been going here for many years. Never had any issues. Always good service and seen promptly. Had mammogram today and wish I had gotten name of person performing the exam, she was the kindest, most competent, efficient person I have had.
The people at the front desk are so polite. However, those that operate the breast scans are rude. They really need more compassion for patients that come to get a mammogram done. Also, those that book the appointments, need compassion too. Please do better.
They ask you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment, then keep you waiting for an hour with no explanation as to why.
