It's warm,friendly, informative plenty of parking with valet parking.
My experience at the breast center was awesome. The techs were super nice and informative. They were also extremely vocal about when/how they had to touch me. They also had a separate waiting room for us.
Today after waiting a month to find out why my left breast is swelling, red and skin looks like an orange only to be completely dismissed and told nothing was wrong, my breast are healthy, she then asked what was I making a look for and I responded because your breast swelling discolored skin thickening with pain in my armpit is NOT healthy, she literally says to me my breast are fat, you’re fine and you can go and just walked out, I will never step foot in Baptist Imaging ever again, no one should ever feel this way. Poor phone system. Actual impossible
These people just tried to charge me $500 for an X-ray. I have great insurance and they accept it. To put this into perspective, I literally just had a 60K surgery and I only paid $80 out of pocket for the entire thing at Duke in NC. How is everyone else paying for Baptist services? WOW. I walked out. *UPDATE* went to Lexington Diagnostic Center and it cost $6 for the same service. Pay attention people!
