Baptist has grown and grown but is still a friendly environment.
Our daughter has been in Baptist Hospital of Miami twice recently. We have had a great experience both times. She has had excellent care and everyone has been very kind and courteous. A special thank you to Dr. Joe McCain and staff. They are the best!!!!
Trying to get a record, something simple as if I had the TDap administered after giving birth to 2 children there became an IMPOSSIBLE mission. I stepped on a nail and need this information. Nobody picks up the phone! all machines no person to talk to. Medical records (HIN) leave a message. The staff in MCVI (from pre-op, post-op, recovery to short stay outpatient) were all generally very good and all were friendly! My husband's doctor and his surgical staff did a fantastic job! Thank you so very much for taking are of him! One major complaint is they did not have his medications (which they collected lists from several pre-surgical screenings and was in his file. Subsequently, he had nothing for overnight, post surgery or this morning which made him very anxious?

I arrived at 9am Sunday morning..was seen with 10 minutes and given a room in the ER. I had a doctor come in within 45 minutes, IV, blood work and Ct scan. I was admitted by 4pm and to my room on the 5th floor. Now it's time to get my issues under control #ulcerativecolitis
