People that work the night time have no respect for the patients, they play rap music, Latin music, use bad language....like sh..t, hell no, in front of the rooms with sick people, they have an attitude if the patient asks for something and they make loud conversations while patients are trying to sleep with their illnesses. I would rate them minus star. They have no respect and this is not free. I usually have a great experience at Baptist yesterday I was disappointed with the service they have too much going on they need to slow down A little bit and take their time
