There’s nothing even close to Baptist in this office. The STAFF is cold, callous and completely lacking in compassion. We saw a senior citizen wheel in his wife, who was crying and in obvious pain with an eye injury. He literally begged them in tears to prioritize her due to her excruciating pain. But they were cold and absolutely refused, placing her at the end of the line (8 patients in front of her) which would have taken probably 2 plus hours of waiting.
