The ladies who checked me in and out at the front desk were kind and helpful. The nurse who took my vitals and medical history was personable and also kind. Dr. Filletti made me feel comfortable to share my medical history and took her time explaining what she was doing and why she was doing it. She even went so far as to draw a diagram for me when I had specific questions about my diagnosis. Dr. Stephanie Tims has been my doctor now for almost 2 years. When I say this journey hasn't been easy but it was well worth it. Dr. Tims has personally held my hand and guided me along this journey. Also there when I had a question her response time is always quick and efficient. Her genuine care and brutal but helpful honesty has made it that much easier. I wouldn't trade this journey for nothing. Thanks Dr Tims I appreciate you more than you know.
