Elderly people who are down sick and cannot move well should never be asked to get up from the ER wheelchairs. Why aren’t there a vast number in wheelchairs there?? One lady that worked in the lobby was keeping everyone informed about where they should go and how long it’ll take. She was an angel! There was a Nurse that was very polite. Her badge had her name that said PHd RN. She was polite and showed that she actually cared. She was great! As for some of the other nurses, not so much!
